EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - TALENT
Neale Jackson
After completing his Bar Finals Neale joined a Lloyds underwriting syndicate, writing commercial retail insurances, he then moved to broking house Willis as a senior manager with responsibility for a portfolio of international leisure accounts.
​
Neale joined executive search specialists Tiro, quickly establishing an impressive track record of completing senior executive and board level appointments across a range of disciplines and roles.
​
Neale along with two other Directors bought the business, merging the two firms and helped broaden the fields in which they operate and offer clients a more seamless search and selection service at both board and senior management levels.
​
Alongside BCD Search, Neale also has involvement with TalentProcess Global (TPG), a successful Selection and Recruitment Outsource (RPO) business with a focus on technology, telecoms, media and other industrial fields.
Neale lives in central London with his family, loves to travel, take in new cultures and experiences and one day aims to live part of the year in Rome where he can discover more about what made the Roman empire so successful and long-lasting. He’s an obsessive cricket fan and occasionally finds the time to trek in obscure and adventurous places.

P J Bhachu
P J has over 25 years of experience within Investment Banking and Information Technology. P J has worked for a number of the largest banks in the world with both EMEA and Global senior management remits.
Having established his career within corporate, treasury and investment banking undertaking fixed income and M&A roles P J decided to move into a more hybrid role working alongside C-level stakeholders to assist them achieve their business goals by ensuring the correct use of IT.
In 2004 PJ also founded and managed a £5mm+ turnover UK recruitment and professional services firm providing permanent, temporary, contract and consultant staff to financial services, public sector, and blue-chip organisations.
P J brings a rare mix of both commercial and information technology experience. He assimilates quickly and provides holistic pragmatic advice with business acumen which is further strengthened by his knowledge of understanding IT at a granular level. He is able to affect positive change across sectors at C-level.

P J has involvement with TalentProcess Global (TPG), a successful Selection and Recruitment Outsource (RPO) business with a focus on BFSI, telecoms, media and other industrial fields.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - TALENT
Daniel Kipling
Daniel is a generalist recruiter with experience in Retained (executive search and selection), Agency (interim, temporary & permanent), RPO (volume), Rec2Rec (global) and In-House (corporate).
​
He has managed more than a hundred executive search requisitions across a variety of sectors, broad range of functions for PLCs down to SMEs. Working in-house for corporate Talent Acquisition teams he has hired over 500 directors and managers.
​
Post university graduation, he began his working career as a New Media Researcher, writing press briefings for Viscount Rothermere and the senior board at Daily Mail & General Trust.
​
Following a belated gap year in Australia to study and travel, he returned to London and became an internal recruiter for Woolworths Group subsidiary Entertainment UK..
​
Relocation to Bristol subsequently led to an opportunity to work as a Research Consultant for Oryx Executive Search before being head-hunted into Hanover Fox International as Head of Research. Following two years working as a freelance executive search researcher with TalentProcess Global (TPG) he was approached by BT Group Plc to build an in-house talent acquisition research function before moving to Tata Communications (UK), part of the Indian conglomerate Tata Group.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - TALENT
Sim Bhachu
Sim is a Psychology graduate from the University of Brighton and an experienced learning support assistant for neurodivergent children. She worked 1-1 with post-16 students outside of her degree to further enhance her knowledge and skillset for her future Psychology career.
She has past experience of working at a recruitment firm helping to manage operations and has a broad skillset of working with face-to-face clientele in other career sectors whilst undertaking her degree. Sim works hard at assisting clients and aiding candidates in achieving their aims.

Sim lives in London and enjoys cooking, running, painting and world cinema.
